Log into your Carrera account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a digital authorization.
Package Your Items
Place the unworn garments back into their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact to qualify for a refund.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from your email, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking number handy; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
